Delivery Signature Options

Orders $500 and Above
All orders valued at $500 or more will automatically require a Direct Signature upon delivery. Please ensure you or an authorized recipient is available to sign for the package on the delivery date.

Orders $2000 and Above
For orders valued at $2000 or more, an Adult Signature is required upon delivery. The delivery personnel will request a valid ID and signature to ensure your package is delivered securely.

"No Signature Required" Option
You may request a No Signature Required delivery; however, please note:

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages if this option is selected.
  • No refunds will be issued for missing packages delivered without a signature.

To request "No Signature Required," include this preference in the Order Comments section during checkout.


My Package Arrived Late
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot control delivery times. If your order arrives later than expected, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a complaint or claim.

  • Note: We are unable to issue refunds for delayed shipments.

Weekend Delivery Options
Saturday delivery is available to select locations for an additional fee. To arrange for Saturday delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

All other shipping methods deliver on regular business days (Monday–Friday) only.

International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?
During checkout, you’ll be prompted to enter your shipping address. If your country is not listed in the dropdown menu, we regret that we are unable to ship to your location at this time.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. Add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page to view shipping options and prices.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any additional duties or customs clearance fees imposed by their country.

My Order Never Arrived
If the tracking information for your order shows it was delivered, but you did not receive the package:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier for further information.
  2. If the issue persists, please reach out to us for assistance.

Important Reminder
We strongly recommend selecting a Signature Required option for all orders, especially those valued at $500 or more.

  • Packages sent with the No Signature Required option are not covered by our responsibility in the event of loss or theft.
